"This book is great! I saw you on Breakfast Television last month and the bit of you with the spirulina is what got my attention. I have to say that I was impressed with the amount of information that you have provided. I am a person that likes to have facts to back up claims, and you have done your research!

Although I have not switched to a pure vegetarian diet (and not sure if I will), I have switched to eating raw fruits and veggies. I have never eaten much meat to begin with, but I do like fish and poultry, so it is hard to give those up. I really appreciate that although you are close to being a vegan, you do not pressure in your book to become one.

I have incorporated a few small things into my diet, with great results. I have started to eat fruit in the morning, and take salad for lunch instead of a sandwich. I snack on almonds and dried fruit, and try not to eat after 8pm. I wake up with more energy, and keep it through the day. With a 9 month old, I can use all of the energy I can get!
