The Best Diet to Lose Weight

Without a doubt, the best diet to lose weight is a raw foods diet. Not only does eating a raw food diet help you lose weight fast, but it will also greatly enhance your health! Not many other diets can make that claim.

For instance, many so-called "weight loss diets" will in fact help you lose weight but at what price? In many cases the health of your vital organs such as your liver and kidneys. This is a common concern with high protein diets which place undue stress on the kidneys (as they filter uric acid and protein).

Then you've got diets that say not to eat any fat! What's that all about? Fat is essential to your body. In fact, the majority of your brain and nervous system is composed of fat. Furthermore, every single one of the trillions of cells in your body is surrounded by a predominantly "fatty" cell membrane. But remember, there is a big difference between healthy fats (ie. omega-3s, oilve oil, coconut oil) and not so healthy fats (ie. fried oils, trans fats, animal fats).

So what makes a raw food diet so powerful at helping you lose weight while dramatically bettering your health.
